Every once in a while a band comes along that you just don’t know what to do with. Enter Bryan Scary and the Shredding Tears. I just discovered this live show from Nov ‘09 that was uploaded a few months ago. I listened to it twice last night while working and trying to do the dishes. It’s manic, crazy, tight, proggy, melodic, pyschedelic, groovy, geeky and just straight up rocking. They seem to have been working on a new album for some time now. Needless to say my anticipation level is high.

Full disclosure, these guys used to be on a label that some friends of mine owned. My friends have good taste.
