July Print

A limited edition of 10 lino-cuts are now available over on my website.

Admittedly it came out a little Joy Divisiony, which may be a good thing or a bad thing, but I’m quite happy with how the lines turned out. You’re left to decide if they’re delicate, sloppy, nervous, reserved, intentional, controlled… To me they’re everything, but I’ll let you be the judge. 

For the paper geeks they’re on Fabriano extra white 140lb hot press (5”x7” watercolor block). It’s a surprisingly difficult paper to find even in New York; had to rely on the Internet to get it. And of course each print is slightly different.
